Full-time expert for money laundering prevention (m/f/d)

ALL AML offers a complete external money laundering office solution for investment funds, in particular venture capital and private equity funds.

Your areas of responsibility
- Monitoring regulatory and legal developments for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
- Development, realisation and implementation of guidelines and processes
- Preparation of risk assessments
- Development and implementation of money laundering compliance training programmes
- Support in understanding compliance regulations
- Creation of compliance reports
- Cooperation with auditors and supervisory authorities
- Support with marketing and the creation of newsletters
Your profile
- Degree in law, business administration or comparable qualification
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CAMS or similar)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in compliance, risk management or audit – with very good knowledge in the areas of AML / CFT / KYC
- High level of analytical and conceptual thinking
- Organisational talent and ability to work in a team
- Assertiveness, confident demeanour and strong communication skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German

Full-time Operations and Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Your areas of responsibility
- Management of the company’s operational processes, including planning, monitoring and optimization of processes and resources
- Accounting tasks
- Travel expense reports
- Administrative activities
- Setting up and taking minutes at analogue and virtual meetings
- Support with HR tasks, vacation planning
- Support with marketing and communication
Your profile
- Professional experience in the areas of operations, HR and finance – especially in the area of accounting
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Experience or knowledge in marketing and in the use of Office programmes, Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress is an advantage
